House on the river, sea or lake shore - is a sacred dream of many people. The more the man is substantial the more dream to break away from city rush closer to wildlife. But how to fulfill this dream, if arises a lot of difficulties with land allocation, building and defect legislation. The idea of house building on the water is not new. Without mentioning active rest lovers on the water. There is nothing like to ride away by motor boat from the vanity at the watery waste. Agree, that water has a wonderful property to quiet a man and helps, as famous personage said 'to recover former self". It has a current interest for citizens; the city is polluted with technical progress products. That is why appear along sea and lake shores the whole luxury cottages with adjoining parks, channels and moorings, destroys (or filling up with sand) the natural habitation of birds and animals.
New approach in living space organization with nature unity represents in Kiev the privately owned enterprise 'Fortune XXI", which accommodates services connected with projection and building of elite housing habitations and entertainment complexes on the floating basis.
The enterprise works at the Ukrainian market from the year of 2000 and supported by warrant of Ukraine for vessel restoring, reconstruction and building. During its activity the company obtained a considerable experience in construction of nonself-propelled living cottages from shipbuilding concrete or metal.
At the active company account are such a well-known in Kiev objects, as floating hotel complex "The pearl of the Dnieper" and Captain-club "Dneprovskiy".
The confirmation of great potential of the company in passenger shipbuilding is wheeled motor ship "Bogdan Khmelnitskiy" reconstructed from steamer pr.737 with unique bringing row wheels installation worked up by company specialists.

From 2002 PE "Fortuna-XXI" has begun the development and implementation of new living house on the water, which allows to represent totally new combination of country house and if nonself-propelled, but vessel with comfort and coziness.

Of course, can arise some fears, connected with the difficulties of such a object exploitation. Than comes the question: is it too difficult? May be easier to build the cottage on the shore and have the same pleasure? May be... But it is worth to remember that you' ll build the house once and forever and will see the same view from your window and hope for government and inhabitants loyalty.
This not the problem for the house on the water owner. He can move real estate at any place of water area, where is possible to input all the modern conveniences and to organize the entry point. The last concerns and the usual house however. And you can drive up by cutter. And you have to rent the small coastline piece for cross bridge and mooring pontoon for dockage of your house.
